Toma Johnson

 My name is Toma Johnson, and I’m a licensed life insurance field underwriter in California, Texas, Virginia, South Carolina, and Ohio. I grew up in California and now live in Temecula with my wife of 28 years. We have two wonderful daughters—one is a teacher, and the other is a junior at UCLA.

I entered the life insurance business after experiencing personal loss in my family. My 50-year-old cousin passed away suddenly in her sleep without life insurance, leaving her family to fundraise for funeral expenses. In 2017, my father passed from lung cancer with no coverage for his final expenses, and my brother-in-law, who died at 62 from cancer, had let his policy lapse, so my sister could not collect on it. These experiences deeply shaped my belief in the importance of protecting our families from financial hardship if the unexpected happens.

As a husband and father, I believe it’s our responsibility to safeguard our loved ones, and life insurance is a key way to do that. With a friendly, approachable style, I’m always happy to answer questions with no obligation.
